These Promotion Rules apply to the "United States Launch - 50 Legacy Premium per State" promotion (the "Promotion") operated by PortfolioReach.

2) Promotion Concept
- The Promotion is a limited-availability campaign under which qualifying users may receive Legacy Premium.
- This Promotion applies only to selected U.S. state-level markets shown as eligible on the Platform.
- Unless otherwise stated, the limit is up to 50 qualifying users per eligible state.
- This Promotion does not apply to non-U.S. markets.
- No purchase, payment, paid subscription, or paid upgrade is required to participate in this Promotion or to receive Legacy Premium under this Promotion.
- Users are not required to provide payment card details to claim the promotional benefit.
- This Promotion is not a sweepstakes, lottery, raffle, drawing, or game of chance.
- Benefits are allocated to qualifying users based on PortfolioReach's internal eligibility and timing records, subject to availability and these Rules.
3) Eligibility
- The Promotion is open only to users with a valid PortfolioReach account who meet any campaign criteria shown on the Platform.
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading account information.
- PortfolioReach may carry out reasonable checks to confirm eligibility.
- Users may be required to maintain an account that is meaningfully completed and reasonably consistent with the selected role in order to remain eligible for the benefit.
4) Promotion Period
- The Promotion starts on a date announced by PortfolioReach on the Platform.
- The Promotion remains available until ended, suspended, modified, or exhausted in a given state.
- Availability in a state may end earlier once that state's allocation has been fully used.
5) State Limit
- Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion is limited to the first 50 qualifying users per eligible state.
- If PortfolioReach applies a different limit for a specific state or market, this may be communicated on the Platform, in a campaign notice, or in a state-specific addendum.
- Qualification order is determined by PortfolioReach using reasonable internal timing and eligibility records.
- A user is not guaranteed a place merely by visiting the Platform, starting registration, or creating an incomplete account. Qualification is recorded only when PortfolioReach's promotion system confirms eligibility and creates or grants the promotional entitlement.
- Qualification may be recorded after successful email verification, successful login, or another eligibility event recognized by PortfolioReach's promotion system.
6) State Determination
- PortfolioReach may determine a user's state using reasonable platform criteria, including account data, profile data, registration context, technical signals, verification results, or similar relevant information.
- If available signals conflict or are inconclusive, PortfolioReach may determine state eligibility at its reasonable discretion.
- Eligibility under this Promotion may be limited to state-level markets designated by PortfolioReach as eligible U.S. markets and shown as eligible on the Platform.
7) Benefit (Legacy Premium)
- Eligible users may receive Legacy Premium applied to their account.
- Legacy Premium granted under this Promotion is personal, account-bound, and non-transferable.
- It may not be sold, exchanged, reassigned, or moved to another account.
- The exact features included in Legacy Premium may be described on the Platform and may depend on technical availability, legal requirements, third-party integrations, product changes, and anti-abuse restrictions.
8) Duplicate Accounts, Abuse, and Fraud
PortfolioReach may reject participation, deny the benefit, or remove the benefit where it reasonably suspects or determines, including but not limited to:
- duplicate or coordinated multi-account behavior,
- fake, misleading, or inaccurate account information,
- abuse or manipulation of the Promotion,
- violations of the Terms of Service or other platform rules,
- any other misuse of the Promotion or the Platform.
9) Revocation, Reclassification, and Corrections
- PortfolioReach may revoke, suspend, or correct a granted Legacy Premium benefit if eligibility requirements were not met, are no longer met, or if abuse, fraud, or rule violations are identified.
- PortfolioReach may also revoke or remove a granted Legacy Premium benefit where an account remains materially empty, is not meaningfully completed, is not meaningfully maintained, or is populated with content or information not reasonably related to the selected role or intended use of the account.
- In such cases, PortfolioReach may, at its reasonable discretion and timing, reclassify the user's account role to the Fan role or another more appropriate account category in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service.
- PortfolioReach may also correct obvious errors in allocation, counting, state assignment, or grant status.
10) No Cash Value
- Legacy Premium under this Promotion is free of charge, personal, account-bound, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
11) Taxes and Other User Obligations
- Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other costs that may arise from receiving or using the promotional benefit, if any.
12) Changes, Suspension, or Termination
- PortfolioReach may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary for legal, security, anti-abuse, operational, or business reasons.
- Such changes may include campaign timing, state availability, eligibility criteria, or applicable limits.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
13) Relationship with Terms of Service
- These Promotion Rules apply in addition to the PortfolioReach Terms of Service.
- In the event of a conflict, these Promotion Rules prevail only with respect to Promotion-specific matters.
- The Terms of Service continue to apply to all other use of the Platform.
