PortfolioReach retains the following notices for the suspended self-hosted translation runtime evaluated before the move to Azure Translator. This page is a software notice and does not change the Terms of Service.
Translation rollout status
The evaluated LibreTranslate service is suspended and is not in the planned production request path. Its 14 model directions remain inventoried with recorded versions, hashes, provenance and licence evidence.
LibreTranslate 1.9.6
Deployment image: libretranslate/libretranslate:v1.9.6. Licence: GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPL-3.0). PortfolioReach previously deployed the unmodified upstream image for capacity evaluation; it is now suspended. Product-specific authorization and cache logic remain in a separate Django adapter.
Argos Translate LT 1.12.1
LibreTranslate 1.9.6 declares argos-translate-lt==1.12.1 as its translation runtime. The project states that Argos Translate is available under the MIT License or Creative Commons CC0. PortfolioReach elects the MIT licence for this component.
Argos package index and translation models
The Argos package-index repository is offered under the MIT License or CC0. That repository licence does not by itself establish the licence of each downloaded .argosmodel package. Argos Translate collaborator PJ-Finlay has separately confirmed that the model binaries are released under the same MIT/CC0 licence; PortfolioReach elects MIT for those binaries.
The installed packages for Czech to/from English, French to/from English, Polish to/from English, Spanish to English and Ukrainian to English additionally identify their underlying OPUS models as CC BY 4.0. Their attribution names Jörg Tiedemann and Santhosh Thottingal and the paper OPUS-MT — Building open translation services for the World, EAMT 2020, Lisbon. PortfolioReach preserves this more specific notice and the corpus/citation notices included with the other packages.
