Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-17 Applies to: PortfolioReach website and apps (the "Service")

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Provider

  • Provider/Company: PortfolioReach UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
  • Address: Kolonnenstraße 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany
  • Contact email: contact@portfolioreach.com
  • Register court: Charlottenburg Local Court (Amtsgericht Charlottenburg)
  • Register number: HRB 284844 B
  • Managing Director: Alan Ladachowski
  • Governing law: German law

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • During registration you must provide your date of birth and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use is legal where you live.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
  • Registration using disposable or temporary email addresses is not permitted. We may delete accounts registered using such addresses, subject to applicable law.

Linked accounts

Where available, you may link eligible accounts that you control and switch between them after confirming access. The current account limit is shown in the feature. Each account retains its own profile, sign-in details, content, subscription and limits. Linking does not transfer paid benefits or permissions between accounts. Access through a primary account requires the security confirmations requested by the Service; linking does not give permanent access to another account.

Unlinking preserves the accounts and their data and ends the affected linked access. Unlinking the primary account dissolves the group. Changing the primary account requires confirmation of access to both accounts and ends existing group access. Each account can still be accessed through its own sign-in details, subject to applicable account restrictions.

You may not use another account to bypass contact blocks, account restrictions or promotion rules. Referrals between accounts confirmed to be controlled by the same person are invalidated, and points awarded for those referrals are reversed. Pending such referrals cannot qualify later. Unlinking does not restore referrals or points; relinking does not deduct the same points again. Valid referrals involving other people are unaffected. Corrections are recorded; rewards already settled are handled separately without rewriting past settlement records.

New references between accounts confirmed to be controlled by the same person are not allowed, including after unlinking. Existing references remain unchanged. A contact block may also apply to other accounts confirmed to be controlled by the blocked person. Deleting the originally blocked account does not by itself remove the block from remaining accounts. The blocking person can deliberately remove their block without receiving a private list of linked accounts.

Account categories, inactive professional accounts, and reclassification

Certain account categories on the Platform are intended for users presenting themselves in a specific professional or creator capacity, including for example models, photographers, makeup artists, digital artists, creators, and similar roles.

By selecting such a category, the user confirms that the selected role is appropriate for the intended use of the account and does not materially misrepresent the nature, purpose, or authenticity of the profile.

If a professional or creator-type account remains inactive after registration or activation, including for example where the account does not meaningfully complete its profile, does not upload relevant portfolio content, does not add photos or other materials, or otherwise shows no meaningful activity for a reasonable period, we may reclassify that account to a fan account or another more appropriate non-professional category.

We may also reclassify an account to a fan account or another more appropriate category where we reasonably determine that:

  • the selected category does not match the apparent purpose of the account,
  • the account appears fake, misleading, impersonating, spam-related, or abusive,
  • the account is used in a manner inconsistent with the selected role or with the purpose of the Platform,
  • the account otherwise does not fit the category under which it was created.

Where reasonably possible, we may send notice by email before such reclassification takes effect. We may also send a follow-up email after the change has been made.

A user may contact support to request review of the reclassification. Where appropriate, we may restore the previous category at our discretion.

Nothing in this section limits our right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts under other provisions of these Terms.

User content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content as needed to operate the Service and provide features you use (for example showing your portfolio).

You must have the rights to upload content. Do not upload content that violates laws or third-party rights.

Content rules (including sensitive content)

  • Users must respect privacy, consent, and intellectual property.
  • We may remove content or restrict visibility to comply with law, safety, or platform rules.
  • All NSFW content (Topless, Nude, Erotic, Explicit Nudity) is visible only after successful login and, where required, after age verification. Non-logged-in visitors see zero NSFW images.
  • For strictly prohibited categories of content, see the Prohibited Content (Hard Bans) section below.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse or attempt to break security (scraping, reverse engineering, attacks)
  • Circumvent access controls
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or defraud others

Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, security, technical, operational, or product reasons.

Promotions, launch offers, and promotional benefits

We may offer promotions, launch offers, limited-time benefits, account upgrades, early-access benefits, legacy status, or other special offers from time to time.

Any such promotion may be subject to separate eligibility criteria, limits, conditions, durations, country restrictions, category restrictions, or additional requirements described on the Platform or in a separate promotion notice, campaign page, or promotion terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we may introduce, modify, suspend, withdraw, or end any promotion at any time. We may also refuse, cancel, or revoke promotional benefits where we reasonably believe that a user:

  • is not eligible,
  • uses multiple accounts to circumvent a promotion’s eligibility rules or limits,
  • provides misleading information,
  • abuses or manipulates the promotion,
  • violates these Terms or other Platform rules,
  • or otherwise misuses the Platform.

Promotional benefits are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

If specific promotion rules are published for a particular offer, those specific rules will apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion rules will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

Limitation of liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In case of simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

In all other cases, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms or for security reasons.

Privacy and cookies

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Third-party services and attributions

The Service may use third-party services and datasets. Required attribution:

Your connected Instagram account

Where available, you can connect an Instagram professional account (Creator or Business) that you are authorised to manage. Connecting your account lets you use the Instagram features offered in PortfolioReach. Publishing and the Instagram inbox require additional permissions that you authorise through Meta. You choose whether to enable them; connecting your account alone does not instruct PortfolioReach to publish a post or send a message.

“Start with Instagram” helps you begin registration by suggesting a profile name and connecting your Instagram account. You still complete the PortfolioReach registration form, provide and verify your email address, set a password, and provide the required profile information and confirmations. Your Instagram profile link is added to your PortfolioReach social links. You may also choose to copy supported Instagram photos to your portfolio. These copies are ordinary portfolio photos, public by default, which you can manage and delete in your portfolio. Disconnecting Instagram does not remove those separately selected copies.

Publishing to your Instagram

Choose a photo from your portfolio, add a caption and prepare a version to publish on a connected Instagram account that you are authorised to manage. You can adjust the format and crop and, if needed, use the Photo editor to blur or cover selected areas. These changes apply to the version prepared for publication; the original portfolio photo remains unchanged.

Before selecting “Publish now”, check the whole image, caption and destination account in the preview. By selecting “Publish now”, you request publication of the prepared version of the photo and its caption on your selected connected Instagram account through PortfolioReach. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish and, where applicable, edit the photo, including those of the creator, contributors and identifiable people shown. The existing content and rights requirements of these Terms continue to apply.

Before publishing, review Instagram’s current content rules, including the Meta Community Standards, to help reduce the risk of content removal or account restrictions. The Photo editor helps you prepare the photo but does not guarantee that Instagram will accept it. You decide which final version to publish.

Your Instagram inbox

By enabling the Instagram inbox, you instruct PortfolioReach to receive, store and display supported new messages for your connected account and transmit replies you choose to send. You can view these messages and send text replies from that account. The current feature supports replies within 24 hours of the latest incoming message in that conversation. The available controls and limits are shown in the inbox; Meta’s applicable requirements and your PortfolioReach account restrictions also apply. This is not an import of your full previous Instagram message history.

You decide what to write in your replies. Messages you send through PortfolioReach from your connected Instagram account become part of that Instagram conversation. The Service’s rules against unlawful content, harassment and spam also apply to this feature. Marking a conversation as read in PortfolioReach changes its status in the PortfolioReach inbox; it does not itself send a read receipt to Meta. Message retention, access and data-protection rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

Managing the connection

You can disconnect Instagram in PortfolioReach and manage the app’s access separately in Instagram or Meta. Disconnecting stops further use through that connection and starts the local deletion described in the Privacy Policy. It does not delete posts or messages already sent to Instagram, or copies retained by other people. You manage content on Instagram using the controls available there. Availability of these features depends on the connection, granted permissions and Meta’s services.

Data-processing terms for the Instagram inbox

1. Parties and scope. This section forms part of the Terms between you, as controller of the correspondence where applicable, and PortfolioReach UG (haftungsbeschränkt), as processor. It applies when you enable the Instagram inbox and for as long as we process its data on your behalf, including the agreed deletion and backup cycle. It takes precedence over conflicting general Terms for this processing. No separate paper agreement is required.

2. Service and data. You instruct us to receive, store and display supported new messages and transmit replies you choose to send. The data are the message text, identifiers, dates, statuses and technical metadata described in Privacy sections 18.17–18.18, together with participants’ names and profile images used to identify them. They concern you, your correspondents and people identified in the messages. The service does not require you to send special-category data; if your correspondence contains such data, you remain responsible for a lawful basis for their processing.

3. Instructions and your responsibilities. These Terms, your inbox settings and actions, and additional instructions agreed in writing at contact@portfolioreach.com document your instructions, including applicable transfers. We do not use the correspondence for an independent purpose. You determine the lawful purpose and basis, provide required information to correspondents, including how this service processes their messages, and handle their rights with our assistance. We inform you promptly if an instruction infringes data-protection law and suspend that instruction until clarified. If EU or Member State law requires processing outside your instructions, we inform you before processing unless that law prohibits notice.

4. Confidentiality and security. We bind authorised personnel to confidentiality and limit access to what their tasks require. Measures include encrypted transmission, encryption of message content during storage with keys kept separately from the database, account isolation, authenticated owner access, metadata-only administrative views, restricted backups and checks of security and recovery measures. The administration panel cannot display or export Instagram message content, including preserved evidence. These measures protect stored data; they do not constitute end-to-end encryption.

5. Sub-processors and transfers. You generally authorise the infrastructure providers used for this service: Render for application and database hosting, Cloudflare for network protection and delivery, and Vercel for the web interface. Our own protected NAS holds backup copies. We bind sub-processors to corresponding data-protection duties and remain responsible for their performance. International transfers require the safeguards in Privacy section 24. We notify you by account email at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor, describing its role, processing locations and safeguards. You may object at contact@portfolioreach.com before the change. We resolve the objection before using that provider for your data; if no workable solution is agreed, either party may end the inbox service and apply paragraph 8, without requiring closure of your PortfolioReach account. Instagram’s own service remains governed by Meta’s terms.

6. Rights and compliance assistance. Considering the processing and information available to us, we help you respond to data-subject requests and meet obligations concerning security, breach assessment, data-protection impact assessments and consultation with supervisory authorities. We forward requests concerning your correspondence to you and do not answer on your behalf without instructions unless law requires it. Contact us at contact@portfolioreach.com; assistance can use account exports and technical records without enabling an administrative message reader.

7. Personal data breaches. If we become aware of a breach affecting the entrusted data, we notify you without undue delay through your account email. We provide available information about its nature, affected data and people, likely consequences, measures taken or proposed, and a contact point. We supply further information as it becomes available so that you can fulfil your own notification duties.

8. Ending processing and deletion. You may end the inbox service by disconnecting Instagram. At your choice, we delete the entrusted data or return the data still retained and then delete our copies; request return through the account export or contact address before disconnection or while the data remain lawfully retained. The existing message-retention and cleanup rules in Privacy section 18.19 and the restricted backup cycle in section 23 apply. Backups are not used to resume deleted processing and expire through that cycle. Any further storage required by EU or Member State law is limited to that requirement; it does not restore inbox access or administrative content viewing.

9. Demonstrating compliance. On request at contact@portfolioreach.com, we provide information necessary to demonstrate compliance with these processing duties and allow and contribute to audits, including inspections by you or an auditor you appoint. We agree secure arrangements that protect other users’ data without restricting mandatory audit rights.

Community Guidelines (Netiquette)

We want a respectful, professional, and safe community. By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Treat others with respect. No harassment, insults, doxxing, threats, or hate speech.
  • No spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading claims.
  • Keep interactions relevant and constructive. We may remove disruptive "off-topic" content that harms the community.
  • Respect privacy. Do not share private information of others without permission.

There is no legal entitlement to access the Service or community features. We may restrict participation (in whole or in part) if you violate these rules or applicable laws.

Content Standards and Definitions

We support photography and portfolio content, including adult-oriented work categories, but explicit pornographic content is prohibited on the Service.

Definitions

  • Nudity: images showing nipples and/or genital area (crotch). Nudity can be artistic, editorial, or adult-oriented.
  • Erotic: images that simulate sexual acts or clearly suggest sexual interaction between two or more persons, without showing explicit sex acts.
  • Explicit Nudity (18+): full-frontal nudity, visible genitals, explicit close-ups of genitals, open-leg poses, or intimate/sensual touching, provided no sexual acts are depicted.
  • Pornography (explicit sexual content): any depiction of sexual acts, including sexual intercourse, oral sex, penetration, masturbation, or explicit genital stimulation.

Nudity and explicit-content policy

  • Pornographic content (explicit sexual acts) is strictly prohibited on PortfolioReach in all areas, including Private/My Secret Corner.
  • "Adult" is a work/booking category only and does not permit uploading or sharing pornographic/explicit content.
  • We do not proactively review private content, but we act on reports and enforce removals, restrictions, and account sanctions.
  • For clarity: Nudity/Erotic/Explicit Nudity content without explicit sexual acts may be allowed where permitted by account settings, age-gating, and visibility rules.
  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content (especially CSAM).

Age requirement for adult-oriented content

  • Any Nudity, Erotic, or Explicit Nudity content is 18+ only.
  • You must not upload content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported where required.

Jurisdiction-based age verification

  • In jurisdictions where law, regulatory requirements, or enforcement practice require higher-assurance age verification, access to 18+ content may require full age verification through approved third-party providers.
  • Full age verification is triggered only when needed (for example, when a user attempts to access or unblur 18+ content), not at sign-up.
  • Current stricter jurisdictions include: DE, FR, IT, ES, UK.
  • We may add jurisdictions to, or remove jurisdictions from, this stricter list to reflect legal or regulatory changes.
  • Outside stricter jurisdictions, access to 18+ content may rely on lighter safeguards (for example, login, blur, or click-to-unblur) and may not require full age verification.
  • The "Age verified (18+)" badge is issued only after successful full age verification in a stricter jurisdiction and may be revoked for security or compliance reasons (e.g., account takeover signals, credential changes, or policy violations). The badge does not expire automatically.

Visibility Rules (Public vs Private)

Public areas

Explicit pornography is prohibited everywhere (Public and Private/My Secret Corner).

We may also restrict visibility of other adult-oriented content depending on safety, local law, or platform integrity.

Private area (My Secret Corner)

Content marked as "Private" is shown only in your private area ("My Secret Corner") and is not accessible from public profile views.

You are responsible for correctly marking Private content. Attempting to upload or share explicit pornography in any visibility is a serious violation.

Private Sharing and Consent

Private content may be shared with other users through expiring links or direct sharing features (if enabled), but only for content allowed under these Terms.

We may allow you to generate expiring share links for photos marked as Private. These links are intended for controlled sharing.

  • A share link requires a logged-in PortfolioReach account before any preview, metadata access, or reporting action is available.
  • Share links expire automatically after a limited time or can be revoked by the owner at any time.
  • If a photo is deleted or its visibility changes from Private to another setting, existing share links may stop working.
  • If content is reported or found to violate these Terms, share links may be automatically revoked.
  • We may enforce anti-abuse limits (for example limits per photo) and apply rate limiting or other security measures.

Expiring links reduce the time window for access, but they do not guarantee confidentiality. Recipients may still download, copy, screenshot, or otherwise reproduce content once they can view it. You share private links at your own risk.

Nudity levels used in the Service

We use the following nudity levels as classification labels to help enforce visibility, sharing rules, and age-gating across the Service. These levels describe how explicit the nudity/sexual context is, not whether the content is automatically allowed or disallowed.

Levels

None - No nudity.

Implied Nudity - suggestive, but no visible nipples or genitals.

Topless - Visible nipples (where applicable).

Nude - Visible nipples and/or visible genitals in an artistic or photographic composition.

Erotic - Sexually explicit posing or simulated sexual actions without explicit sex acts (no visible penetration).

Explicit Nudity - full-frontal nudity, visible genitals, explicit close-ups of genitals, open-leg poses, or intimate/sensual touching, provided that no sexual acts are depicted (for example no intercourse, oral sex, penetration, masturbation, or explicit genital stimulation).

Adult - Explicit sexual content / pornography (explicit sex acts).

What is prohibited vs allowed (in plain terms)

Prohibited everywhere (Public and Private/My Secret Corner): any material that shows explicit sex acts, including (non-exhaustive) penetration, oral sex, masturbation, ejaculations, or content primarily intended to depict explicit sex acts.

May be restricted to Private (My Secret Corner) and/or age-gated: Erotic and Explicit Nudity content (simulated sexual context or highly explicit nudity without explicit sex acts). We may restrict it depending on category, local law, and moderation.

May be allowed publicly (if correctly tagged and compliant): None, Implied Nudity, Topless, Nude.

Public visibility

Content classified as Adult is prohibited everywhere (Public and Private/My Secret Corner).

Erotic and Explicit Nudity may be restricted to Private and/or age-gated depending on category, local law, and moderation decision.

None, Implied Nudity, Topless, Nude may be allowed publicly if properly tagged and not violating other rules.

Important notes

Correct tagging is mandatory. Uploading content with a lower level than required is a violation of these Terms.

We may apply additional restrictions (blur, age-gating, limited preview, reduced discoverability, forced Private, removal) where required by safety rules, moderation policy, or law.

To reduce scams, impersonation, and unsafe redirects, third-party links may only be added through designated, supported profile link fields ("supported hooks").

Supported profile link destinations may include selected social media, websites, and creator-profile services enabled by PortfolioReach.

Any attempt to bypass this policy (for example by obfuscated links, link shorteners, or redirect chains) may result in removal or account action.

We do not allow links to escort services, prostitution-related services, or marketplaces for explicit or sexually exploitative goods in profile fields or public content.

Prohibited Content (Hard Bans)

You must not upload, share, or promote:

  • Pornography / explicit sexual acts (for example penetration, oral sex, explicit sex acts).
  • Bestiality / zoophilia.
  • Any content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors (including "ageplay" or similar).
  • Non-consensual sexual content, revenge porn, blackmail, or coercion.
  • Incest content or content sexualizing family relationships.
  • Extreme fetish content involving feces/scat, urine, vomit, or blood/bodily fluids.
  • Exploitation, trafficking, or sexual violence content.
  • Extreme violence or gore presented without clear artistic/contextual intent (we may remove even with context).
  • Hate speech, racist content, or content that targets protected groups.
  • Illegal content or instructions to commit illegal acts.
  • Copyright-infringing content you do not have rights to use.

We may remove prohibited content immediately and may report it to relevant authorities where required.

Rights and Permissions for Uploads

You may upload content only if you have all necessary rights and permissions, including:

  • Rights from the creator (photographer/videographer) where applicable
  • Consent from all identifiable persons shown
  • Any required model releases for publication and sharing

You are responsible for the content you upload and any consequences of sharing it.

Optional promotion of selected photos

You may separately allow PortfolioReach to use a selected public photo in posts on its official Facebook and Instagram accounts to promote the Service and your PortfolioReach account. This choice is optional. Declining or withdrawing it does not prevent you from uploading photos or using your portfolio. Making a photo public, adding or accepting a contributor credit, or accepting these Terms does not by itself give this permission. This permission includes paid promotion of these same posts, solely to promote PortfolioReach and your PortfolioReach account. PortfolioReach pays the costs of paid promotion. Earlier permissions that excluded paid promotion remain limited to unpaid publication unless you explicitly confirm the expanded scope. Accepting updated Terms or Privacy does not provide that confirmation.

If you give permission, you grant PortfolioReach a non-exclusive licence, without a licence fee, to reproduce and publish the selected photo for that purpose on those accounts. The posts may be viewed worldwide. We may resize and crop the photo to fit the post, place it in a PortfolioReach-branded layout, and add a caption and the public names, photo roles and profile links or handles supplied for the selected photo. These changes must not distort the photo's meaning or misrepresent anyone's contribution or endorsement. We respect the applicable attribution requirements. The permission includes technical copying and transmission needed to publish and display those posts, but does not allow us to sell the photo or license it for unrelated advertising.

The optional photo-promotion permission includes publication and paid promotion of the selected photo and, where needed for publication on social media, preparation and use of a censored promotional version by blurring, pixelating or covering parts of the image. The original photo and its NSFW classification remain unchanged. This permission is limited to promotion on our official Facebook and Instagram accounts and does not grant sale or sublicensing rights. All existing rights assurances, including the necessary permissions of the creator, contributors and identifiable people shown, attribution requirements and promotion limits apply to these edits. Earlier photo or profile permissions keep their recorded scope unless you expressly accept the updated photo-promotion permission; accepting these Terms does not expand them. You may withdraw the photo-promotion permission in the photo settings. Withdrawal stops further promotional use, including paid promotion and censored versions, and initiates cancellation or removal of related posts under the withdrawal rules above. An operator reviews the specific export; editing does not guarantee acceptance by Meta.

By giving permission, you confirm that you hold the rights needed for this specific use, including the necessary permission from the creator and from identifiable people shown, and any authority needed to act on their behalf. You need not be the photographer, but you cannot grant rights you do not hold. Adding a credit or a social-media handle is not evidence that the named person has agreed to this use. If required rights or permissions are missing or disputed, do not give permission and contact us if you have already done so. We may ask for the information needed to resolve a rights question; we do not routinely require every contributor to upload a release or create an account.

Permission applies only to the selected photo version, or to each photo in a batch you expressly select. It does not cover later uploads or a replacement photo. We may prepare and edit captions within the stated scope without asking you to approve every post separately. Permission does not guarantee that we will publish a post. A new purpose, additional social network or use outside the stated scope requires separate permission.

You can withdraw permission in the photo's promotion settings or contact us using the contact details in our Privacy Policy. We then stop new promotional use and cancel posts that have not yet been sent. We arrange removal of related posts from our official accounts without undue delay, including a post that finishes publishing while withdrawal is being processed. Deleting the photo or your account, or making the photo private, also ends this permission. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful use unlawful. We cannot guarantee the removal of copies independently saved or shared by other people, or of copies retained by the social network under its own rules. Any limited retention by us for handling withdrawal or legal claims is described in the Privacy Policy and does not permit further promotional use. We also stop any active paid promotion of those posts without undue delay after withdrawal.

An authorised PortfolioReach operator may invite you to give permission through a private message and an in-app notification where this contact is permitted. Both lead to the same decision for the selected photo. Receiving, reading or replying to the message does not give permission; you must expressly save your choice in the permission interface. You may decline the invitation.

Optional promotion of your profile

You may separately permit promotion of your public profile on PortfolioReach’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts, including through an optional, initially unchecked choice at registration, in settings or in response to a permission request. This permission covers your public name, username, role, city, country and profile link, and your current public avatar and any avatar you make public later. It does not give permission for all portfolio or gallery photos; each gallery photo used in a card requires its own permission. This permission includes paid promotion of these same posts, solely to promote PortfolioReach and your PortfolioReach account.

The non-exclusive licence without a licence fee, rights assurances, attribution duties, limits on editing and rules on paid promotion of the same posts in the preceding photo-promotion section apply to these profile materials within this separate scope. We may resize or crop avatars, add PortfolioReach branding and prepare captions without asking you to approve every post. Accepting these Terms, making a profile public, linking accounts or logging in does not give this permission or transfer it between accounts. Declining has no effect on registration or account use.

You can withdraw this permission in your profile promotion settings or contact us. Withdrawal, account deletion or making the profile non-public ends further use, cancels unsent posts and initiates removal of related posts from our official accounts without undue delay, subject to the same limitations concerning independent copies. Changing an avatar does not withdraw the profile permission or replace images in already prepared posts. Each new use remains subject to the stated scope, current public availability and operator review. We also stop any active paid promotion of those posts without undue delay after withdrawal.

The public profile and photo sharing settings control public sharing features. They are independent of promotion requests and of your explicit permission for PortfolioReach to publish the selected photos or profile on its official accounts. Changing these settings neither blocks promotion requests nor grants or withdraws that permission. You can disable promotion requests separately and withdraw promotion permission in the relevant consent controls or by contacting us. Previously withdrawn permissions remain withdrawn.

Moderation and Enforcement

We have full discretion to moderate the Service to protect users and comply with law.

We may, without prior notice:

  • Remove or restrict access to content
  • Change visibility (for example force Private or disable sharing)
  • Disable expiring links
  • Limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts
  • Restrict search/discovery for safety

Sanctions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, and device/IP restrictions in cases of abuse (spam, harassment, hacking attempts, repeated violations).

Moderators' instructions must be followed. Attempts to evade moderation actions (for example re-uploading removed content) are a serious violation.

Reporting and Appeals

If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, use the reporting tools (if available) or contact support.

We aim to review reports, but we cannot guarantee immediate action in all cases.

You may appeal a moderation decision by contacting support. We may request additional context or verification.

Studio booking requests

Where Studio bookings are available, the Studio describes the rooms and may provide equipment, assistance, indicative prices, tax information and rental/cancellation terms. These commercial details are optional when sending a request. The Studio and customer agree the final price, discounts, equipment and assistance availability, rental terms, payment and any refunds directly, outside PortfolioReach. PortfolioReach does not collect rental payments, deposits or commissions, issue rental invoices, or enter into rental agreements on either party’s behalf.

An available calendar slot or a pending request does not reserve a room. Sending a new inquiry requests the displayed dates; any displayed calculation is an estimate, and an omitted price means it must be agreed with the Studio, not that rental is free. The Studio must confirm before the displayed deadline. Confirmation reserves the complete selected range and may disclose the Studio’s exact address to that customer with the Studio’s confirmation; it does not itself establish a final rental price or guarantee availability of listed equipment or assistance. The inquiry details and any estimate remain in history when the Studio later changes its offer. Earlier requests made under the fixed-price booking flow retain their recorded price, terms and consent; they are not retrospectively converted to estimates.

The customer may withdraw a pending request. Either participant may cancel a confirmed booking before its first interval begins, releasing the whole range. Later corrections require authorised support. Any cancellation charges or refunds are settled directly under the terms agreed between the Studio and customer. Private calendar entries created by a Studio are organisational notes and are not customer acceptance of a booking.
